March 31-April 4, 2014

As we say good bye to a busy month we welcome one of the most important months in our school year. Welcome April! This month our Falcons will take the STAAR Exams and we have to finish preparing, this is the month when all of our hard work pays off. This week in Math we will review everything about angles and degrees of triangles and quadrilaterals. In SAT Math we will learn all about perfect and non-perfect square roots.

Here are some pictures of our Falcons this previous week learning how to add and subtract integers.

Week of March 24-28, 2014

As March comes to an end we are 4 weeks away from STAAR and we need to start reviewing all of our 6th grade Math objectives. This week in SAT Math we are going to focus on adding and subtracting integers through different class activities.

Special Thank you to Texas A&M University at Kingsville for having us this past week and giving our Falcons the opportunity to start exploring different universities.
