Week of January 27-31, 2014

January is coming to an end and we're experiencing some very low temperatures which we are not used to, so please stay warm. This week we are going to complete our blue task cards and review how to find the greatest common factor and the least common multiple in a set of numbers. In SAT class we will begin designing the floor plans for the dream home project.

A very special thank you to everyone who participated in the "Share the Warmth" clothes drive, your generosity will help others in the community who are less fortunate than us!

Week of January 13-17, 2014

It's our second week back in our fresh new second semester! The first week was a busy and short week but more than anything wonderful! I got to see our Falcons are refreshed after the Christmas break and so ready to take on this Spring Semester with a new positive attitude.

This week we will be reviewing area and volume in Math and designing our robot in SAT.

Reminder: Don't forget to make a clothes donation in your homeroom class for our "Share The Warmth" Falcon clothes drive.

Here are some pictures of our Falcons sketching their robots.
